At New Concept Beauty, our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for every guest while maintaining a professional, safe, and respectful environment for our clients and staff. Please review our policies below, which are designed to ensure smooth operations and mutual respect.

No-Show Policy

No-shows significantly impact our small business. If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, a 50% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. Repeat no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. This allows our team the opportunity to fill your spot.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time to receive the full value of your service. We allow a 5-minute grace period; after that, we may be unable to accommodate the full service and a 50% late fee will be charged. Arrival beyond 10 minutes may result in cancellation of the appointment and a no-show fee.

No Guests or Children

For the safety of all clients and to maintain a serene, spa-like atmosphere, children and additional guests are not permitted in service areas. We work with sharp tools, hot styling equipment, and chemicals. No exceptions.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address your concerns appropriately.

Card on File Requirement

A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve all appointments. No charges will be made unless a cancellation, no-show, or late policy is violated.

Sick Policy

Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness. Let us know as soon as possible to reschedule. We reserve the right to turn away visibly ill clients for the health and safety of others.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying rude, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior. We are committed to creating a respectful environment for all.
