Appointment Confirmation Policy
Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Due to high demand, unconfirmed appointments may be released and guests will need to reschedule.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 50 percent of the scheduled service. No-shows significantly impact our small business. Therefore, no-shows will be charged 100 percent of the service fee.
Late Arrival Policy
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be unable to be seen and will be charged 50 percent of the service fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at the discretion of management.
No Guests or Children
For the safety of all clients and to maintain a serene, spa-like atmosphere, children and additional guests are not permitted in service areas. We work with sharp tools, hot styling equipment, and chemicals. No exceptions.
No Refund Policy
All services are non refundable once rendered. Results may vary and no guarantees are expressed or implied.
Personal Belongings Policy
New Concept Beauty is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen personal items. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings at all times during their visit.
Sick Policy
Please do not attend your appointment if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness. Let us know as soon as possible to reschedule. We reserve the right to turn away visibly ill clients for the health and safety of others.
Results and Satisfaction Disclaimer
Individual results may vary based on skin type, health history, and adherence to aftercare. By booking a service, guests acknowledge that no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Service Modification Policy
For safety, timing, or guest comfort, services may be modified at the discretion of the provider. Modifications do not constitute grounds for refund.

New Concept Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with policies, or conduct that disrupts staff or other guests.
